These terms apply to your use of this website and to work carried out by Fairway Automotive, Sidlesham, Chichester, PO20 7NL. By booking work with us or using this site you agree to them.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes and estimates given by phone, email or through the website are a guide to the likely cost. If we find extra work is needed we will contact you for your agreement before going ahead, and we will explain what and why.

Bookings

Submitting the online booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when we reply to confirm the date and time. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel.

Payment

Payment is due when you collect your vehicle unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We may keep a vehicle until the account is settled.

Parts and workmanship

We use quality parts and carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Where we supply parts or labour, they are covered by the guarantee we tell you about when we give you the quote or invoice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your vehicle

We take care of vehicles while they are at our premises, but we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items left inside a vehicle. Please remove valuables.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We take care to keep this website accurate, but information on it, including opening times and prices, may change. Please check with us before relying on it. Content and images on the site belong to Fairway Automotive or are used with permission.

Complaints and governing law

If you have a problem, please tell us and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
